   The staff has job descriptions, yearly twice traning sessions and all necessary experience to work under GCP regulations. They are well trained as staff working in a hospital. The team work since two decaded enables them to perform bioequivalence and clinical pharmacology studies of the highest achhievable quality. Beside these staff members we can draw on a larger pool of medical staff in necessary for any study.
   Any special diet can be provided through the central hospital catering service.
